QUALIFICATIONS:

• PE license (multi-state preferred).
• BS in Civil Engineering (MS a plus).
• 10+ years in civil engineering; 5+ in management.
• Experience with $5MM+ capital projects.
• Utility sector experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and AutoCAD skills.

• Lead civil engineering projects from concept to completion.
• Oversee budgeting, permitting, design, and execution.
• Manage and grow a team of engineers and designers.
• Drive business development and client relationships.
• Improve internal processes and support team development.
