QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of civil engineering experience (land development focus).
  • PE license in California (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
  • Strong communication, project leadership, and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant design tools.

Preferred:

  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • Background with both public and private sector development.
  • Established relationships with local municipalities and permitting agencies.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Deltek).
