POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead our civil and industrial construction projects. This role involves planning, directing, and coordinating all aspects of project execution to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards.

• Lead all phases of civil construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Review project proposals/plans and determine scheduling, funding limitations, and resource allocation.
• Develop detailed work plans and staffing strategies for each project phase.
• Supervise and support Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen.
• Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Create and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.
