Description The Civil Engineering Team Leader is a position with primary focus on the management of SW+ personnel and clients. The ideal candidate has demonstrated outstanding proficiency in civil engineering, project management, leadership, client contact skills and has established a reputation throughout the land development industry. This position is accountable for the overall success of the civil engineering team, and all assigned civil engineering projects within the team. This includes responsibility for the team’s organization, morale, development, and profitability. They ensure that all SW+ processes are being adopted and followed by the team. This position will be expected to mentor the Civil Project Managers and demonstrate a strong sense of leadership amongst employees and peers both internally to SW+ and externally to the public.
