QUALIFICATIONS

• 20 years of industry experience, minimum of 10 years estimating on public/municipal projects.
• General Contracting experience
• The ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English is required.
• Focus on Civil and Earthworks
• Experienced with site support and Project Management function
