Description

We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Civil Finishing Foreman with proven experience in managing finishing works for high-rise residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all finishing activities on-site, ensuring work is completed as per the approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant trade certifications.
  • 5–8 years of UAE experience in finishing works for high-rise buildings is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, finishing details, and sequencing.
  • Ability to manage multiple finishing trades and ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Familiarity with authority regulations and safety practices on high-rise sites.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead site finishing teams, including masons, carpenters, painters, tilers, and other trades.
  • Execute and oversee finishing activities including blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, painting, false ceiling, joinery, tiling, marble, and final coat applications.
  • Ensure daily work execution aligns with project specifications, approved shop drawings, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and QA/QC to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
  • Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and daily progress reporting.
  • Ensure all finishing works are completed on time and meet handover schedules.
  • Inspect delivered materials and ensure correct usage and minimal wastage on site.
  • Report site issues, delays, or material shortages to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
  • Ensure all safety protocols are followed by workers and report violations immediately.
  • Support in snagging, de-snagging, and handover activities with the quality and client teams.
