JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Foreman to lead our basement construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of structural work, and experience in excavation, waterproofing, underpinning, and/or basement finishing.
Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience required: 5-10 Years

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Civil is mandatory
• Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on construction experience. Proven Experience in basement construction: underpinning, excavation, concrete, drainage, waterproofing, or finishing.
• Strong knowledge of building codes and OSHA safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• UAE driver’s license is an added advantage and reliable transportation.
• Candidates who can work on day and night shifts are preferred.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for basement projects.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. * Oversee construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed correctly and on time. * Develop daily work schedules and allocate resources to meet project timelines. * Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards throughout the construction process. * Act as a liaison between workers, project managers, architects, and engineers to report on progress and address issues. * Coordinate equipment rentals and material deliveries. * Quickly address and resolve on-site issues to prevent project delays.
