Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Supervise and lead construction teams on various civil engineering projects Coordinate daily site operations, including resource allocation and task assignments Ensure all work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and safety standards Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks Implement and enforce safety procedures, conducting toolbox talks and safety meetings Manage and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports and labor records Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary Monitor and control material usage and equipment utilization for optimal efficiency Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and promote best practices Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in civil infrastructure projects, preferably in Qatar or the GCC region Proven track record as a Civil Foreman with strong site supervision and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and industry best practices Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Qatar Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment Valid Qatar driving license or ability to obtain one Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Familiarity with project management software and digital tools is preferred Additional Information Business Line: Consulting and Operations Type of contract: Project Contract Service Line: OnM Operations Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Services and Operations Profession: Operation and Maintenance - OMI - General Management
