JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to oversee all civil activities for our luxury villa project, from the construction phase through to the finishing stages. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of civil engineering practices and demonstrate strong leadership skills, ensuring that the project is completed on time, to high-quality standards, and in full compliance with safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all civil activities on the luxury villa construction site, including construction and finishing phases.
• Ensure precision in levels, angles, and measurements throughout the project.
• Demonstrate expertise in concrete and steel works, ensuring proper execution and quality control.
• Implement and follow the Method of Statement (MOS) and project planning to achieve set timelines and meet quality standards.
• Lead and supervise the construction team, promoting high performance, productivity, and safety compliance.
• Supervise landscaping and swimming pool construction to ensure it meets the project’s high standards.
• Manage site operations, coordinating between multiple teams and ensuring smooth progress.
• Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Civil Foreman or Site Supervisor, particularly with luxury villa projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction processes, including concrete, steel, landscaping, and swimming pool works.
• Experience working with a main contractor, managing site operations and ensuring efficient coordination.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions on-site.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with luxury residential projects is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction software and tools for project tracking and reporting.
