JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Foreman with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE Driving License and a solid understanding of construction practices, supervision, and coordination on-site.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 6 years of Civil Foreman experience in the UAE (mandatory).
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage all on-site activities related to civil construction.
  • Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure project progress as per schedule.
  • Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with company and legal safety standards.
  • Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Ensure materials are available and used efficiently on-site.
  • Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Handle workforce allocation and resolve minor issues on-site promptly.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
