Centerfire is currently seeking self motivated, experienced individual to join our workforce as a Supervisor - Civil

Opportunity: Civil Construction General Foreman
Schedule: Day/Night Shift, 14 Days on 7 Days off, up to 12 hours per day.
Job Location: Fort McMurray- Local hires are preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong safety culture.
• 5 Years experience in a construction leadership role.
• 5-10 Years experience in the construction industry
• Must be able to meet pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing requirements
• Ability to complete pre-employment online orientations and certifications
• Must have valid Class 5 drivers license and provide a 5 year drivers abstract that meets insurance requirements.
• Self-motivated, flexible and proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Preform daily toolbox talks and attend meetings when necessary
• Preform daily supervisor reports
• Coordinate equipment and light duty vehicles with equipment coordinator
• Monitor equipment utilization and report down equipment
• Must be able to take direction from Site management and site superintendent
• Adhere to and ensure health and safety compliance and procedures are being held to the highest standard.
