Description Concrete • Grading • Heavy Equipment We are actively hiring a TOP-LEVEL Civil Foreman with extensive civil and concrete experience to support high-value telecommunications infrastructure projects. This is not entry-level work. We are looking for seasoned professionals who deliver quality, efficiency, and safety every day. Pay Range: $30–$40 per hour (bases on experience) Overtime available Travel opportunities common for telecom civil projects Per Diem: $150/day for out-of-town work Employment Type: Full-Time Locations: Local & Regional What You’ll Be Doing Full civil site preparation: excavation, grading, trenching, and layout Forming, pouring, reinforcing, and finishing concrete pads, footers, walls, and foundations Installing rebar, mesh, anchor bolts, and embeds to spec Establishing rough and final grade using a transit Operating excavators, skid steers, compactors, saws, and other civil equipment Reading and executing construction and foundation drawings Maintaining a clean, safe, professional jobsite Working as part of a high-performing telecom civil crew Following OSHA standards, PPE requirements, and company safety procedures Requirements What We’re Looking For 10+ years of solid civil or concrete construction experience (telecom experience is a strong plus) Expert-level concrete forming, pouring, and finishing skills Strong understanding of grading, layout, and foundation work Ability to read blueprints and foundation drawings without hand-holding Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in all weather conditions Dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in quality workmanship Valid driver’s license required; CDL is a major plus Willingness to travel as required (travel is common in telecom civil work) Skills That Get You Paid Advanced concrete forming & finishing Equipment operation (excavator, skid steer, compactor) Transit and grade setting Blueprint & foundation plan reading Problem-solving in the field OSHA-compliant safe work practices Why Work With Us Top-tier pay for proven skill Consistent telecom infrastructure work Overtime and travel opportunities Safety-first, professional crews Long-term career potential This Job Is For You If You’re a proven civil hand — not learning on the job You want to be paid for your experience You take pride in clean, accurate, professional work You’re reliable, skilled, and ready to work
