Responsibilities Supports defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific / engineering research, capability / limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis / characterizations, facility and vulnerability assessments. This includes, but not limited to, civil / industrial engineering and subdisciplines of environmental, power system, pipeline, petroleum, structural, manufacturing, geotechnical, transportation, highway, material science, seismic / earthquake, construction, hydrology, and water resource engineering. Collaboratively integrates analytic results findings or production with other related analytic efforts and assessments. Requirements Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree Experience supporting defense, national security, or technical analytical requirements. Ability to conduct scientific and engineering research, capability and limitation analyses, and reverse-engineering assessments. Working knowledge of at least one relevant engineering discipline such as civil, industrial, environmental, structural, mechanical, or electrical engineering. Ability to perform facility and vulnerability assessments using established analytical methods. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize findings and integrate results into broader assessments. Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to combined analytic products. TS/SCI clearance, willingness to take a CI polygraph Preferred Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in engineering, applied sciences, or a related technical discipline. Experience across multiple engineering subdisciplines, including power systems, pipelines, petroleum, geotechnical, transportation, materials science, seismic/earthquake, hydrology, or water resources. Prior experience conducting reverse engineering, system characterizations, or technical exploitation. Familiarity with defense infrastructure, critical facility analysis, or vulnerability assessment frameworks. Experience integrating analytic outputs with other intelligence or technical assessment efforts. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
