JOB SUMMARY:

As a Civil Engineer at Iconic, you will be responsible for assisting in civil engineering projects, ensuring that all work complies with regulatory requirements and project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
A minimum of 4 years of experience within the construction industry.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control processes.
Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Information: This position will require travel to project sites. You MUST have a car and a valid UAE driving license.

Inspection: Perform field inspections to monitor construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and industry standards.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all construction activities, including daily reports, photographs, and any non-compliance issues.
Quality Control: Monitor workmanship, materials, and processes to ensure they meet the established quality standards and specifications.
Communication: Collaborate with the project management team, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or concerns.
Safety: Promote and enforce safety procedures on the construction site to ensure the well-being of workers and compliance with safety regulations.
Problem Solving: Identify and address any discrepancies, defects, or deficiencies in the construction work and work with the team to find effective solutions.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all work adheres to local, state, and federal regulations and permits, as well as any relevant industry standards.
