Job Description Conduct site visit and responsible for inspection of buildings according to Saudi building codes and international standards. Issuing reports and documentation of findings and comments in accordance with Saudi building codes and international standards. Take over responsibilities from other Inspectors for non-assigned projects during emergency leaves. Describe and assess technical problems and develop proposed solutions Comply with client requirements by delivering the required report on predefined timings Handle any project professionally and effectively. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Saudi nationality with 2–3 years of experience in construction, testing and inspection in civil engineering. Proven experience in Saudi Code. Strong knowledge of civil and structural works, including foundations, concrete, steel structures and finishing. Preferred experience in IDI program Well-founded and practice proven professional and sector experience in industrial and residential construction. Ability to prepare detailed technical reports and documentation. Fluent in English language. Knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices. Ability to work in a team oriented environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct site visits and inspect buildings according to Saudi building codes and international standards. Issue reports and documentation of findings while handling projects professionally and effectively.
