CIVIL LABOURERS – ROAD WORKS (MORNINGTON PENINSULA)

Pay: $36.04 per hour + $21.94 Travel + Super + Overtime rates
Type: Full-time (6-month trial → direct onboarding)
Our client hiring on behalf of our client which is a civil infrastructure company working across the Mornington Peninsula and surrounding suburbs (Frankston, Hastings, Rosebud). We’re looking for reliable Civil Labourers to join our crew on long-term road upgrade and maintenance projects.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–3 years’ construction experience (civil or similar)
• Confident using a range of hand and power tools
• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
• Based locally on the Mornington Peninsula or nearby suburbs (e.g., Frankston, Hastings, Rosebud)
• Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident (no Working Holiday Visas)
• Reliable, team-focused, and looking for 1–5 years’ steady work

You’ll be part of a team delivering:

• Road upgrades & resurfacing
• Pothole repairs & road maintenance
• Signage correction & installation
• General labouring and tool use on-site
