JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dependable Civil Labourer to join our growing construction team. This role involves supporting a wide range of civil construction activities such as site setup, trenching, concreting, pipe installation, roadwork, and general labouring. It’s ideal for someone who is physically strong, safety-aware, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-moving environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in civil construction or general labouring is an advantage but not essential
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)
• Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and demonstrates a strong work ethic
• Able to work effectively within a team and take direction well
• Valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment

• Help with the preparation and clean-up of construction sites
• Carry out general labour duties including digging, material handling, and ground compaction
• Use hand and power tools in a safe and effective manner
• Provide assistance to machine operators and other crew members when required
• Follow directions from supervisors and comply with all safety procedures
• Contribute to tasks such as roadworks, drainage, concreting, and pipe installation
• Keep the work area clean, safe, and well-organized
