Work on diverse projects for both public and private sectors · Participate in land development design projects including: o Site planning o Stormwater management o Infrastructure design o Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (engineers, planners, architects, etc.) · Contribute to projects such as: o Mixed-use/transit-oriented developments o Government facilities o Residential, commercial, and office sites o Utilities and infrastructure o Mission critical/data centers
Requirements of the Civil Engineer-Land Development Engineer:
· 4–10 years of civil engineering experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
· Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
· Experience with land development design for private and public sector clients
· Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and focused
· EIT or PE certification is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
