Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience, client base, and productivity- ranging from $115,000 to $150,000- as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental, and vision insurance Short- and long-term disability coverage Life Insurance 401(k) with employer matching Generous PTO and paid holidays Requirements What We’re Looking For An entrepreneurial and driven attorney who thrives in a client-focused, high-performance environment. Ideal candidates will bring: 3 - 8 years of civil litigation experience in Virginia. A Virginia law license in good standing with the Virginia State Bar. Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills. Proven experience handling cases in Virginia state and federal courts. Ability to manage cases independently as well as work collaboratively with co-counsel and team members. A high level of organization and initiative. A personable, dynamic, and professional communication style. A commitment to delivering exceptional client service. An interest in business development and expanding client relationships.
