About the Opportunity:
We are actively seeking both Junior and Senior Associates to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidates will bring experience in Estate litigation Law considered a strong asset. We are looking for motivated professionals ready to make an immediate impact-no existing client base is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
• Demonstrated experience in Estate Litigation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Handle a broad range of Estate Litigation matters, including will challenges, powers of attorney disputes, guardianship matters, and trust litigation
• Represent clients in court and in mediation/arbitration settings
• Work closely with team members to develop case strategy and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
• Maintain professional and timely communication with clients and colleagues
• Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, affidavits, and submissions
