OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Litigation Lawyer to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in litigation and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. As a Litigation Lawyer, you will represent clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for their best interests throughout the litigation process. We cover a wide range of issues for our clients with all sorts of characteristics.

EXPERIENCE

  • A qualified solicitor, barrister or legal executive with a valid practising certificate.
  • Proven experience in litigation, with a strong track record of successful case management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, demonstrating the ability to reach amicable resolutions when possible.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in legal documentation and case analysis.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective client interactions and courtroom presentations.
