The crew will be based from our Wainui depot. All positions are Full-Time, Permanent opportunities, with 40 hours guaranteed each week. Our crew roles are aligned to the Greater Auckland AWUNZ union. Vacancies and requirements: General Construction Labourers – Hands-on labouring support for all maintenance activities. Class 1 license required. Physical work experience in a civil construction environment is beneficial. Class 1 – 4 Drivers – Operate heavy machinery to perform road maintenance works. Class 1-4 Full License license required, Wheels, Tracks & Rollers (WTR) endorsements are beneficial Site Traffic Management Specialist (STMS) A/B – Perform Temporary Traffic Management to maintain the safety of our crew and the public. Experienced Traffic Management professionals with Class 1/2 licenses and STMS warrant required. Traffic Management Operatives - Assist with Temporary Traffic Management under the guidance of the STMS. Assist with Stop/Go activity, pack down cones and drive at times.
