The Role Ventia's Infrastructure Services team is after a Civil Maintenance Delivery Team Lead based out of our Coburg Depot to manage the service delivery of field triage, crews and subcontractors such that the delivery of work is conducted safely, efficiently and effectively to industry standards. Other role responsibilities Manage KPI compliance. Foster customer experience for YVW customers. Manage and co-ordinate resources to achieve delivery of work within contractual time frames. Manage rostering to maintain 24/7 operation in conjunction with the afternoon supervisor. Work as a team to maintain a good culture and work environment. Manage and approve works subcontractors and internal staff with all related cost approvals. Manage all data requirements as required by Yarra Valley Water Minimise cost and maximise productivity and efficiencies on service delivery. Support the Operations Management Team to meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
