Gold Coast Infrastructure Solutions (GCIS) – a joint venture between Downer and Ventia – delivers essential water and wastewater services to the City of Gold Coast. As part of our long-term contract, we are seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance Manager to lead our Planned and Reactive Civil Maintenance team based at our Arundel office .
Reporting to the Networks Delivery Manager , this role is pivotal in overseeing end-to-end delivery of civil maintenance activities. With a focus on safety, efficiency, and community outcomes, you will drive process improvements, manage budgets and claims, and ensure service standards are met across the network.
