REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 2 years UAE experience in the swimming pool industry
Dubai Municipality registration (mandatory)
Valid UAE driving license
Strong technical knowledge of pool construction, waterproofing, and finishing works
Excellent project coordination and site management skills

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and material requirements
Maintain quality control and resolve site issues promptly
