Civil Project Coordinator – Site Services
214 Carson Co. is hiring a Civil Project Coordinator to support our Site Services and Facility Services divisions. This role focuses on project scheduling, coordination, and documentation to keep projects on track and ensure high-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track site and facility service projects from start to finish
  • Support supervisors with scheduling, budgets, reports, and client updates
  • Organize labour, equipment, and materials for project efficiency
  • Review invoices, timesheets, and work orders
  • Assisting with preparing estimates as required
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
  • Act as a communication link between field teams, office staff, and clients

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in civil project coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); project software is an asset
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license

Job Details
