Accountability: Own the quality and timeliness of assigned tasks and project scope. Detail Orientated: Thoroughly verify calculations and design outputs against standards. Initiative: Seek guidance as needed but take proactive steps to resolve issues independently. Bachelor of Science degree in civil Engineering P. Eng status or Eligibility for registration with PEO 5+ years proven professional experience in civil infrastructure/ land development Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong work ethic and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and take direction Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Adapt well to continual change in a dynamic environment Fluent in use of Civil 3D Valid Ontario Driver's License and clean driver's abstract A commitment to excellence and high quality work with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
