QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University
• PE Licensure Required
• Candidates with relevant work experience in Maryland are preferred.
• AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, StormCAD, and SewerCAD preferred.
