OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Civil Project Manager to lead and manage the successful execution of civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, procurement, scheduling, site inspections and team coordination while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in civil project management within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale civil projects (e.g., roads, bridges, site development, utilities).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
  • Familiarity with construction procurement and estimating techniques and tools.
  • Proficient in CAD software; knowledge of MicroStation or Civil 3D is a plus.
  • PMP or equivalent certification is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise civil engineering projects ensuring adherence to project specifications and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate and manage all phases of construction.
  • Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Track project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives,
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Prepare and review construction estimates, budgets, and schedules.
  • Utilize CAD software for drafting and design purposes as needed.
  • Implement best practices in project management to enhance efficiency and productivity.
