 Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage all aspects of pipeline and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop project scopes, schedules and implementation plans to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts and costs to achieve financial performance targets.
  • Lead, support and mentor site supervision teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, manage risks and provide timely reporting on key milestones, schedules and deliverables.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Drive safety, environmental and quality outcomes while maintaining Newlands' high standards across all project activities.


Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

  • Washing, cleaning and detailing mobile plant, vehicles and equipment
  • Preparing plant and equipment for mobilisation to construction sites
  • Assisting with loading and unloading trucks
  • Moving vehicles and equipment around the yard
  • Refuelling plant and equipment
  • Collecting parts, consumables and supplies as required
  • Assisting with incoming and outgoing plant and equipment
  • Completing basic plant pre-start and condition checks
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and organised yard
  • Assisting with basic repairs and maintenance of small motors and equipment
