What You’ll Do * Lead the design of roadways, pedestrian paths, and water/wastewater infrastructure. * Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality municipal infrastructure. * Prepare plans, specifications, estimates, and reports. * Coordinate with utility companies and conduct site/field inspections. * Apply your expertise and mentor others while ensuring accuracy through our established QA/QC processes. What We’re Looking For * BS in Civil Engineering with 7-10+ years of experience. * Active Arizona PE license, or ability to obtain within a year. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills both internally and externally * A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a desire to make a lasting impact.
