Project Manager We are seeking experienced Project Managers at various levels to support upcoming Triangle opportunities. We are building a team of qualified professionals with demonstrated expertise managing complex civil engineering and construction projects from inception through completion. Experience Areas (candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply): Marine and port facilities Transportation and roadway infrastructure Utility and stormwater systems Bridge and structural rehabilitation Environmental compliance and multi-agency coordination Experience Levels and Requirements: Junior Level (3+ years of experience): Assisted in managing small to medium-sized infrastructure projects Coordination of project documentation and reporting Support in budget tracking and schedule monitoring Experience working with multidisciplinary teams Basic understanding of contract administration Mid Level (8+ years of experience): Direct management of medium to large-scale infrastructure projects Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources Strong stakeholder communication and client relationship management Experience with contract administration and change order management Demonstrated success in leading project teams and coordinating with consultants and contractors Senior Level (15+ years of experience): Extensive portfolio of successfully delivered complex infrastructure projects Strategic project planning and program management capabilities Expert-level contract negotiation and risk management skills Leadership of large multidisciplinary project teams Demonstrated ability to manage multi-million dollar projects Strong business development and client relationship expertise Experience mentoring junior staff and developing project management processes Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field required (minimum). Master's degree is a plus.
