The group supplies hired plant, recycled, and reusable products to a wide range of industry sectors and the general public. MDG operates an EPA-licensed recycling facility in St Peters, NSW, processing brick and concrete into various recycled products. The organization is committed to safety, environmental responsibility, and efficient project delivery. Team members contribute to projects that support sustainable construction and resource recovery across the region.
Role Description Engineers will work full time on-site in Sydney, NSW, supporting demolition and civil projects from planning through execution. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and reviewing project methodologies, preparing technical documentation and drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. The role involves coordinating with project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractors, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, and monitoring structural integrity during demolition activities. Engineers will also contribute to optimizing recycling processes, evaluating the use of recycled materials, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives in plant operations and project delivery.On the job support, and mentoring along with practical training will be provided.
