We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Projects Manager to lead, manage, and oversee all phases of civil engineering projects from planning through completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, safety compliance, and quality standards in line with company operational goals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in managing civil engineering projects, preferably in the UAE/GCC.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and local regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
    Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a face to face interview.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
  • Ensure all required permits, licenses, and approvals are secured before project commencement.
  • Supervise on-site activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and standards.
  • Monitor progress and address delays or deviations promptly.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs to avoid overruns.
  • Enforce adherence to company safety policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure quality control procedures are implemented and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate site engineers, supervisors, and other project staff.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government authorities.
  • Resolve technical and contractual issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present periodic progress reports to management and clients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including variation orders, RFIs, and change requests.
