The preferred candidate must have
1. Engineering Graduate- Civil Engineer
2. Valid UAE Driving License
3. UAE experienced
4. Must have Building experience

Identify the scope of work by reviewing the Tender Documents
Attend kick-off/progress meetings with Clients, Subcontractors, and Suppliers.
Prepare Method Statement, Material Submittal, and Shop Drawings.
Identify the Variations and promptly notify the Client of potential time/cost impact.
Ensure Engineering coordination for Client approval.
Responsible for Procurement and Vendor Finalization.
Capable of managing the workforce
Ability to do a program of work and obtain Client approval
Monitor the work and obtain Client approval through Work Inspection Requests for monthly invoices.
Ability to do Joint Site Measurements with the Client
Ability to estimate the materials required for the completion of permanent works.
Ability to close the snags and handing over.
Ensure the preparation of Daily/Weekly/Monthly report
