A Civil Site Engineer in Dubai’s building contracting sectorwith existing experience of atleast 2-4 years of DUBAI for overseeing and managing all on-site civil engineering activities, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on schedule.
This includes supervising construction, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision and Coordination: Overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities, including site preparation, foundation work, structural erection, and finishing.
• Quality Control: Implementing and monitoring quality control procedures to ensure work meets project specifications and standards.
• Safety Management: Enforcing strict health, safety, and environmental standards on-site, conducting safety briefings, and ensuring proper use of PPE.
• Documentation and Reporting: Preparing and maintaining daily site reports, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordination and Communication: Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Technical Expertise: Resolving technical issues on-site, interpreting drawings and specifications, and ensuring adherence to local building codes and regulations.
• Material Management: Ensuring materials delivered to the site meet specifications, are stored correctly, and are used efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and documentation procedures.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, TRAKHEES, DEWA etc).
