ABOUT ROLE

As a Fit-Out Engineer at J WALT, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of interior fit-out projects from conception to completion. Your role will involve working closely with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

4.1. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good command of reading engineering drawings.
• Schedule, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of gangs/site operatives.
• Share and pass on knowledge to teams.
• Ensure documentation is properly completed in line with Customer/Company requirements.
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with approved method statements.
• Organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site.
• Control the technician and helpers as per site execution requirements.
• Finding sub-contractors for MEP & Civil work.
• Must have knowledge & understanding of estimations, and BOQ preparations.
• Get the project completion certificate signed by the client.
• Customer relationship management (Technical Side).
• End-to-end operations activities (Site visit to work completion).
• Operation coordination (Plan & assign team members for site visit & site supervising).
