Job Title: Site Civil Engineer / Project Manager

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Civil Engineer / Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project execution. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and manage site activities from mobilization to project handover.
Review project drawings, technical specifications, and client requirements.
Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, ensuring work progress aligns with schedule.
Monitor material procurement, site resources, and labor allocation.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and present updates to management and clients.
Coordinate with design, production, and procurement teams for smooth project execution.
Resolve technical/site issues proactively and provide solutions to avoid delays.
Manage project budgets and control costs effectively.
Requirements:
UAE driving license
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, contracting, or fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of civil works, aluminum/glass installations, and interior fit-outs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
