We are looking for a Civil Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with contractors and authorities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality building codes, safety standards, and construction regulations.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks on-site.

License/Certification:

• Driving License (Preferred)

• Supervise and manage construction activities on-site.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and Dubai Municipality inspectors for approvals and inspections.
• Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Ensure proper execution of civil works, including foundation, concrete, and finishing works.
• Prepare daily site reports, work progress updates, and material usage logs.
• Identify and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and safety protocols.
