Responsibilities Reviews and manages operations to ensure the quality of the technical products. Establishes effective long-range objectives, goals, and plans for assigned team. Provides technical and management leadership to the assigned team. Develops marketing program in conjunction with discipline goals. Advises and assists professionals in other groups when expert knowledge and expertise is required. Manages activities so an adequate profit is earned on all projects. Reviews monthly productivity and man-hour utilization-rates, reports and makes adjustments as needed. Assigns projects to staff and schedules work. Evaluate Employee Performance in accordance with company policy. Oversees assigned staff development and advancement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field. 12+ years of experience in related field. Professional licensure in area of expertise. Demonstrated effective leadership across large groups of employees. Excellent communication skills. Strategic thinking. Effective delegation skills. Collaboration. Ability to hold others accountable. Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
