Role Overview: Orbit International Survey Services LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Site Superintendent responsible for the safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of all civil construction activities for onshore oil & gas projects. The role ensures full compliance with HSE, quality, and project requirements while leading site teams and coordinating subcontractors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and enforce HSE standards; promote strong safety culture across civil works. Manage execution of earthworks, concrete, underground, and structural activities. Ensure “first-time-right” quality through approved method statements and ITPs. Contribute to construction planning, scheduling, and constructability reviews. Monitor progress, productivity, and milestones; implement corrective actions. Lead civil supervisors and direct manpower; manage subcontractors effectively. Coordinate with engineering and other disciplines to resolve site issues. Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE, quality, and information security requirements. Requirements Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma. 15+ years of experience in onshore oil & gas / petrochemical construction Strong knowledge of civil construction methodologies and standards Excellent leadership and communication skills Proven experience managing site teams and subcontractors
