We are hiring Civil Site Supervisor with Diploma in Civil.

The Civil Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects on-site, ensuring that all work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

  • Oversee daily site operations and manage work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct safety meetings and training for site personnel.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of site activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on project status to management.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HSE regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and evaluate the effectiveness of control measures.
  • Prepare risk assessment reports and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • UAE Driving License
  • 03 to 04 years relevant site experience (experience in GCC & waterproofing would be a plus)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
