• Assist with the installation of underground utilities including storm, water, sanitary, electrical and gas. Work with experienced crews and alongside heavy equipment.
• Basic equipment, power, and hand tool operation.
• Working with excavator to ensure proper grade, depths and backfill.
• Construction materials movement and organization, off loading/loading and disposal.
• Maintain good employee morale, communication, and teamwork.
• Understand OH&S safe work practices and procedures and follow them consistently.
• Provide leadership and aid in training junior employees.
• Provide feedback to supervisors and management on process improvements.
• Identifying problems and innovation/team coordination
