REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (mandatory).
· Minimum 2 years of proven experience in the UAE in structural design and analysis.
· Proficiency in structural design tools (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, PROKON) and AutoCAD.
· In-depth knowledge of local municipality standards and submission procedures.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Fluency in Arabic (required).
· Valid UAE Driving License (required).
· Valid SOE Card (required).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Al Ebdaa Engineering Consulting is looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Structural Design Engineer to join our growing team in Ajman. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in structural design within the UAE—preferably in the Northern Emirates—and be familiar with local design codes and construction standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conduct structural analysis and design for a wide range of projects including villas, G+8 buildings, and mosques.
· Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and international structural design standards.
· Prepare and review design drawings, technical reports, and contract documents.
· Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to meet project requirements.
· Perform site visits and inspections to ensure implementation aligns with approved designs.
· Mentor and support junior engineers and draftsmen throughout project development.
