We are looking for New Grad Civil/Structural Engineers to join our Civil/Structural team!

Civil/Structural EIT Responsibilities:

  • Design of civil works for resources development projects involving site development earthwork, utilities and other infrastructures
  • Design and analysis of roads and drainage.
  • Design of pipelines for water and waste conveyance and deposition
  • Prepare project deliverables such as drawings, specifications, reports and quantities take-offs
  • Involved in the total project development; from preliminary feasibility studies, through \actual design and construction.

Career Paths:

  • Develop into a Lead Civil / Structural Engineer responsible for completing engineering and design on projects.
  • Develop into a Lead Technical Civil / Structural Engineer responsible for technical oversight on projects.
  • Develop into a technical Subject Matter Expert to support multiple projects and Fluor offices globally.
  • Develop into Engineering Managers on projects directing multi-discipline engineering efforts
  • Develop into Project Engineers and Project Managers.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Civil Engineering in 2024/2025.
  • Geotechnical and Hydraulics courses are an asset.
  • Field and design experience is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
    Fluor’s projects are organized into task forces that operate as a team. Successful candidates will be working closely with other employees and effective written and oral communication skills are essential to the job.
