REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • 4-5 years of experience in detailed engineering and field construction, particularly in Oil & Gas EPC projects. Experience with ADNOC or other GCC Oil & Gas clients is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in interpreting and preparing civil/structural drawings, design reports, and material specifications.
  • Solid understanding of foundation design, concrete and steel structures, and construction sequencing.
  • Experience with structural retrofitting, flare system civil supports, and cable tray installations in elevated and confined structures.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural analysis tools.
  • Strong documentation, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel to offshore sites as per project needs.
  • Experience working on flare stack structures, access platforms, and industrial civil installations.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review civil and structural design deliverables, including foundation layouts, equipment supports, steel structures, and concrete works.
  • Coordinate with engineering consultants and internal teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.
  • Supervise and support field works related to stack modifications, including installation of sample ports, cable trays, and platform retrofits.
  • Oversee the civil construction of equipment foundations, control panel pedestals, and instrumentation supports in both onshore and offshore environments.
  • Participate in site visits, surveys, and constructability reviews to validate designs and resolve on-site challenges.
  • Provide technical input during installation of flowmeters, including integration with existing flare stack infrastructure and support systems.
  • Review and verify construction drawings, method statements, and BOQs.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, construction managers, and discipline engineers for timely execution of civil and structural scope.
  • Monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with safety and engineering standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist with final as-built submissions and close-out reports.
