We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Supervisor to join our team Immediately. This role is focused on the supervision of civil maintenance, repair, and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete work, foundation work, and other structural works, ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil supervision, with a specific focus on maintenance, repair, and renovation projects.
• Proven ability to supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of technicians and laborers.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients, subcontractors, and management.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills to address on-site issues efficiently.
• Prior experience working on projects in the UAE is highly desirable.

• Manage and oversee daily on-site civil works for various maintenance, repair, and renovation projects. This includes small-scale structural modifications, concrete works, and general civil repairs.
• Lead and guide teams in executing concrete repair work. Supervise foundation and underpinning work, and ensure proper execution of small-scale structural jobs.
• Conduct regular inspections of ongoing work to ensure compliance with project specifications, design drawings, and quality standards. Identify and address any defects or non-conformance issues promptly.
• Enforce strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies. Conduct site safety briefings and ensure the use of proper PPE and safe work procedures.
• Effectively manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of site activities, progress reports, and incident reports. Document and report on project status, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Manager.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues related to quality, safety, or technical challenges to prevent delays and ensure project continuity.
