REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in civil and interior fit-out projects.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and supervise execution accordingly.
• Preferred:
• Previous experience in commercial or office fit-out projects within the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities related to fit-out , modifcation works and minor civil works.
• Conduct site inspections and assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Evaluate commercial proposals by understanding market material rates and job unit rates.
• Ensure timely execution of work as per drawings and scope of work, including:
• Office partitions
• Wall finishes
• Epoxy and self-levelling floor coatings
• Waterproofing systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project managers to meet project deadlines and maintain quality standards.
• Inspect materials, work progress, and workmanship to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
• Enforce site safety standards and ensure overall cleanliness of the work area.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly progress reports.
• Identify and resolve any on-site issues to avoid project delays.
