Civil Supervisor – Wind Farm

12-Month Contract + Likely Extension | 19:9 FIFO Roster | WA or SA

A leading global renewable energy organisation is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join a major wind farm project.

This is a 12-month contract with a strong likelihood of extension, with project opportunities across Western Australia and South Australia.

The role will oversee the Civil Balance of Plant (BoP) scope, working closely with contractors and the wider project team to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to schedule.

Key responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities across the wind farm.
• Oversee earthworks, access roads, drainage, crane hardstands and turbine foundations.
• Manage civil contractors, subcontractors, crews and plant.
• Monitor construction progress, quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate daily works and multiple construction fronts.
• Work closely with Project Engineers, Construction Managers, HSE and Quality teams.
• Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise.
• Maintain site records, reporting and construction documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project.

About you:

• Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor on major civil, infrastructure, energy or renewable projects.
• Strong experience with earthworks and large-scale civil construction.
• Wind farm or Civil BoP experience highly regarded.
