JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities related to civil works. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and a hands-on approach to managing teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to safety and quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a civil supervisor role.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Proficient in using MS Office; knowledge of project management software is a plus.

Education:

Experience:

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities, ensuring work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and site engineers for timely execution of work.
• Ensure proper implementation of construction plans and schedules.
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to prevent wastage and delays.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Maintain accurate site records including daily progress reports, manpower logs, and material consumption.
• Address on-site issues promptly and report major concerns to project management.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
